To accurately correct time delay which is caused between time series data measured with different sensors by a single setting of time, in a data correction device.
A data correction device 100 holds two time series data which are measuring results with first and second sensors. It includes an initial correction part 110 which corrects time information so that the time information at a predetermined time point for each time series data agrees with reference time, a constant frequency portion extracting part 120 which extracts such data section as the same frequency characteristic in a predetermined range continues to appear in correction data, an overlapping section extracting part 130 which extracts such data section as a characteristic difference is within a predetermined range with the time information being agreed with, in the extracted data section, a corrective ratio calculation part 140 for calculating a corrective ratio which is the ratio between two time series data frequencies, and a correction part 150 which corrects each of the time information for a second time series data so that the time difference from reference time comes to be multiple of the corrective ratio.
