PURPOSE: To simplify the data input operation by registering the data corresponding to voices delivered right before the input operation in accordance with a manual operation.

CONSTITUTION: When a time guidance button 2 is depressed, the present time point is delivered in voices. In this case, a main control part 10 extracts the present time point out of a present time memory part 14 in response to the depressing of the button 2 and supplies the information needed for the voice output to a voice synthesization control part 11. The part 11 extracts the voice output data out of a voice data memory 12 and delivers it in voices via a voice output part 13. Then a prescribed message is delivered in voices with push of a time setting button 4, for example, and the present time point and the alarm time point are delivered alternately in voices. An operator depresses the corresponding button with the prescribed timing based on the voice message and sets time points.
