Low content data of a low bit rate is transmitted to a mobile 3 connected in a narrow communication band, and high content data of the high bit rate is transmitted to a PC terminal unit 4 connected in a wide communication band. When an individual identifier of the mobile 3 is received, the high content data is downloaded to the PC terminal unit 4 and the low content data of the mobile 3 is deleted. As a result thereof, the low content data and the high content data are made usable respectively in the mobile 3 and the PC terminal unit 4. The occurrence of the state where the low content data and the high content data are overlapped and simultaneously used in the mobile 3 and the PC terminal unit 4, is restricted.
