Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow overflow and underflow to a buffer of a radio base station to be avoided even if the radio base station changes a radio parameter related to radio resource allocation.SOLUTION: A data flow rate control method includes: a transmission quantity estimation step for estimating, when a radio parameter related to allocation of radio resources is changed, a quantity of data transmission transmitted and destined to a radio terminal from a buffer temporarily storing the data destined to the radio terminal in consideration of change in the radio parameter; and inflow rate control step for controlling a quantity of data inflow destined to the radio terminal to the buffer on the basis of an estimation value of the quantity of data transmission from the buffer to the radio terminal and the quantity of data accumulation destined to the radio terminal stored in the buffer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
