Abstract:

To imprint data patterns and the background thereof without requiring intricate mechanisms such as photometric mechanisms.

A data imprinting device 6 for cameras is provided with: a data imprinting module 5 existing on the rear surface side of a photographic film 3; and a filter plate 4 existing on the front side thereof. Since a filter transmitting light other than red light is employed for the filter plate 4, data patterns imprinted by the reddish color tone can be made clearer.
