The data input form retrieval system 10 is provided with a storage part 12 for storing plural data input forms constituted, while containing character strings, a character string extracting part 14 for extracting a character string from each of plural data input forms stored in the storage part 12, an extraction condition input part 16 for inputting extraction conditions for extracting a specified data input form out of the plural data input forms, and a data input form extracting part 18 for extracting the specified data input form, by retrieving the character string extracted by the character string extracting part 14, on the basis of the extraction conditions inputted by the extraction condition input part 16.
