PURPOSE: To simply input various installation data by applying the overlapped plural menus on a menu input part and inputting the attribute data on the turned menu and inputting the map data of the map input part.

CONSTITUTION: An input screen 13, menu 15-1 for city water installation, menu 15-2 for gas installation, and menu 15-3 for telephone installation are overlapped and applied on a digitizer 11. When the map data and the attribute data are inputted, the menus 15-1 to 15-3 are turned over so as to see, for example, the menu 15-2 for gas installation. By using a pointer 17, the gas installation in the page area on the top of the menu is specified and the map data and attribute data on a newly provided gas tube are inputted. Thus, the menus 15 are overlapped and applied on the digitizer 11 and the map data and attribute data are inputted on the turned menu so that it is unnecessary to initialize the software for each installation.
