PURPOSE: To obtain a data inputting system which can improve the confidentiality of information and also can reduce labors of a data input, by using a different store part in accordance with the kind of data.

CONSTITUTION: Information is stored in a data store area M1 of the first data store part H1, and data store areas M2WM4 of the second data store part H2 by using a specified code which becomes an identification code, as a key. When retrieving the information, as for a data of the second data store part H2, it is necessary to collate a password, and this password can be set at every data store area M2WM4, or at every specified identification code, and the secrecy can be protected delicately. Also, in case of storing data in the first data store part H1, when an identification code which becomes a retrieval key of some data group is reinputted, the first data store part H1 is retrieved by a retrieval part K, and a fact that this data group has been inputted already is displayed by a display part D, therefore, a repeated input of the same data group is avoided.
