Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data line driving device or the like for an electro-optical device enabling to conduct a phase adjustment with an image signal while maintaining normal phase relations among various signals, even when plural control signals of the data line driving circuit and the image signal are complicatedly out of phase from each other.
SOLUTION: This method adjusts the whole various kinds of main signals into an optimal phase state by arranging a 1st adjusting means capable of performing adjustment between an enable-signal and a data line scanning clock, and a 2nd adjusting means capable of adjusting the phases of all of those signals with the image signal while maintaining the phase relation of the signals adjusted by the 1st adjusting means, and then performing a phase adjustment with the image signal by the 2nd adjusting means after making an adjustment by the 1st adjusting means first.
