The system includes a data transmitting means; a specification information storage means which stores data specification information that is information for specifying data to be transmitted; a request means which requests data information that is information related to data stored in an external device to the external device; an answer receiving means which receives data information as an answer to the request by the request means; a comparison means which compares the data information received by the answer receiving means with data specification information stored in the specification information storage means; and a deletion request means which transmits, when it is determined based on the comparison result by the comparison means, that information related to data specified by the data specification information is present in the data information, a deletion request of the data specified by the data specification information to the external device.
