PURPOSE: To provide a data managing device capable of quickly and easily executing change in the storing order of data or the addition/deletion of data on the way of the order.

CONSTITUTION: The data managing device is provided with an instruction registering processing part 2 for dividing data into an index part and a data part, an external storage device 31 for storing the divided data part, an address adding part 5 for adding an address storing the data part to the index part, internal and external storage devices 30, 31 for storing the index part to which the address is added, an instruction deleting processing part 3 for deleting the index part and substituting the storing order, and an instruction changing processing part 4 for substituting the storing orders of the index part for each other.
