CONSTITUTION: An automatic programming device 1 produces the NC data from the graphic data generated by a CAD, etc., and also acquires the set-up information on the machining carried out by the NC data such as a machine tool, a machining material, a using tool, the machining conditions, the machining time, etc., through the key input operations or by reading the data stored in such media as a paper tape, a flexible magnetic storage disk, an IC card, etc. Thus the device 1 stores the set-up information as its internal information. Then the device 1 acquires the set-up information on the machining carried out by the NC data to be transmitted based on the internal information and transmits this set-up information to an NC data file as the comment information on the NC data together with the NC data to be transmitted.
