In the waveform measuring device 100, an analog signal is input to at least two BNC connectors 110-140 the input analog signal is converted into a digital signal by an A-D converter 175, and a processing apparatus 940 processes the signal. The processing apparatus 940 discrete-Fourier-transforms the converted digital signal in a FFT analysis mode 161 and outputs to a display part 310 of a personal computer 300 as spectral analysis having a frequency and intensity at each frequency. At the same time, in a hammering analysis mode 162, the digital signal is discrete-Fourier-transformed and compared, and a frequency response function is output to the display part 310 of the personal computer 300.
