PURPOSE: To simplify the handling of a large amount of printed data and to increase the expressing capability of the data by using one result of analysis as a source, simultaneously storing the data of detailed contents and the data of summarized contents, and printing out the data at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: One result of analysis is used as a source. A printed-out data format of detailed contents 1 and a printed-out format 3 of summarized contents are stored at the same time. The formats 1 and 3 are printed out at the same time as required on paper 13 or outputted into an external memory medium. The stored and printed-out data can be freely cut out in the longitudinal and lateral directions and can be stored in the compact, arranged summary pattern. In this way, a large amount of data can be arranged and stored simply in the understandable pattern, the handling is simplified and the expressing capability of the data can be increased.
