Abstract:
To provide a data processing device, a method and a program which can highly accurately estimate a position and pose of a moving body, without being influenced by weather and a separation distance with a surrounding space, by combining a monocular camera and a millimeter wave radar.SOLUTION: A data processing device 100 comprises: a camera image processing unit 101 which extracts a plurality of camera feature points from a plurality of pieces of camera image data based on a monocular camera 200, and calculates a movement speed of each camera feature point; a radar echo processing unit 102 which extracts a plurality of radar feature points from a plurality of pieces of radar echo data based on a millimeter wave radar 300, and calculates the movement speed of each radar feature point; an identification processing unit 106 which identifies the camera feature point with the radar feature point between the synchronized camera image data and radar echo data, and corrects the movement speed of each camera feature point with the movement speed of the identified radar feature point; and an estimation processing unit 108 which estimates the position and pose of a moving body by using the movement speed after correction of each camera feature point for each camera image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
