To provide a data processing apparatus which is useful for determining the value of an object to be dealt, such as real estates.SOLUTION: A data processing apparatus in which a processor executes a predetermined instruction command stored in a memory of a computer to process data includes: an evaluation apparatus which evaluates a plurality of attribute values of a transaction object in a specific field to determine each evaluation value of the plurality of attribute values; a value determination apparatus which determines a value of the transaction object on the basis of the plurality of determined evaluation values; an importance determination apparatus which determines importance that each of the plurality of evaluation values gives the value of the transaction object to a result of the determination; and an output apparatus which outputs the determined value of the transaction object and the determined importance in association with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
