When the decode terminal 12 makes usual reproduction, a server 10 outputs video data or the like used for the usual reproduction, and when the decode terminal 12 conducts special reproduction, a data conversion section 3 uses video data read from a storage section 9 to generate and output data, resulting from special reproduction of a designated kind as video data which satisfy the ISO/IEC 13818-2 standards, and a data conversion section 7 interleaves the video data, so that number of outputted AUs(access units) is a reciprocal of a reproduction speed for example and outputs the resulting data.
