To shorten the circuit connection time between a client and a server by adding the objects of system namagement, request contents and processing result to a tool DB of a data base management system(DBMS) and acquiring the processing result at a client part at an optional time.

A system management object, a request contents object and a processing result object are added to a DB 128 of a DBMS 120. The request given from a client part 111 is registered in the request contents object, and an agent part 127 which is registered in a server 12 as a daemon process monitors the request contents object and accepts the request of the part 111. Then the DBMS 120 is asked to process the request contents and this processing result is registered in the processing result object. Then the part 111 confirms the processing result registered in the processing result object at an optional point and acquires its requested processing result.
