Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a data processing system that controls an access to a communication network.
CONSTITUTION: A prescribed component that is executed by a hardware logic or a software controls an access to a priority queue or a transmission channel connecting to a common medium local area network section. All the accesses to the priority queue or the transmission channel must pass through the component, so as to allow all communication transactions to be rejected or tacked. Furthermore, the component assigns a frame size based on transmission information and its priority to warrant it that the transmission is finished compatibly with a required service quality.
