Abstract:
To provide a data processing system capable of determining whether or not there is an abnormality in a fluid pressure-driven valve from estimated acting torque.SOLUTION: A data processing system includes: an input data acquisition unit that is used in a fluid-pressure driven valve 10 comprising at least a driving device 12 and a solenoid valve 1, and acquires input data at least including time-series data of valve opening for a main valve 11 and time-series data of pressure of driving fluid at an output side of the solenoid valve; an inference unit that inputs the input data acquired by the input data acquisition unit to a pre-trained model that uses machine learning to learn the correlation between input data and output data including time-series data of acting torque, and infers the time-series data of the acting torque; and an abnormality determination unit that performs predetermined processing on the time-series data of the acting torque inferred by the inference unit and determines whether or not at least one of the main valve 11 and the drive device 12 has an abnormality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
