A rule list screen 100 is displayed on a display 34 just after the start up of a control device and when the display is instructed by a user. If there is something relating to the error generated in execution of the rule in the error history stored in the error history memory, 'existent' is displayed, and if there is nothing relating to the error, 'not existent' is displayed in an error point field 111F, respectively. If there is any plug-in (error plug-in) not to be operated normally among an input-base plug-in, a processing-base plug-in and an output-base plug-in, an icon 113 to indicate such a plug-in is displayed, in an error field 111F.
