Abstract:
PURPOSE: To parallelly execute plural instructions within independent execution unit across a sequence order.
CONSTITUTION: This data processing system, which includes plural execution units including a dependent circuit in order to individually store and execute plural instructions, includes a circuit for supplying an instruction for the plural execution units from the plural instructions of the sequence but an individual instruction is supplied for only one of the plural execution units. This system includes a circuit for detection in the case of completing execution before the execution of an instruction within a second execution unit in order that an instruction within a first execution unit may obtain a correct result. In addition, the system includes a circuit for delaying the execution of the instruction within the second execution unit until the execution of the instruction within the first execution unit is completed in response to this detecting circuit.
