An analysis order of a series of a plurality of samples is set in schedule, and data are managed by a database structure comprising a management table 40 for every row of the schedule corresponding to analysis of one sample, a management table 41 of a data file of respective analysis results, and a coupled management table 42 describing a correspondence between each row of the schedule and the data file of the analysis results. Thus it is easy to follow back a schedule for performing the analysis from the results of an unknown sample to find a method file of a standard sample contained in the schedule.
