PURPOSE: To execute drag processing for a specified object to be edited in a non-drag area by allowing a drag processing means to start moving processing for the object to be edited which is indicated by a specific indication means.
CONSTITUTION: The indication means (input device 2) indicates an object to be edited out of plural objects displayed on a display device (output device 4) and specifies the movement of the indicated object. At the time of judging an object movement indicating state exceeding a computed prescribed non-drag area by a mouse to be the input device 2 or a time counting end state by an internal timer, a control device 1 starts moving processing for the object to be edited which is inputted by the device 2. Consequently drag processing for the object to be edited which is indicated by the mouse can be executed in the non-drag area.
