Abstract:
To provide a data processor (printing processing apparatus), a printer, and a data processing program, with which the burden is reduced in setting printing conditions of layer printing.SOLUTION: A data processor 100 to be used when carrying out layer printing for laminating two or more printed layers on a medium includes: a data conversion part 127 which converts print image data to another format; a grouping processing part 117 which, when receiving a grouping request of a printing job of plural layers, groups the printing job of the layers instructed by the request, and automatically sets printing conditions required for the layer printing, with regard to at least one printing job subjected to grouping; and a job control command generation part 125 which, when receiving a printing request for a grouped printing job, generates and outputs a job control command for each of the grouped printing jobs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
