PURPOSE: To apply accurate modulation/demodulation of data after frequency changeover by sending data in a section disabling modulation/demodulation caused at the frequency changeover of spread spectrum communication without missing.
CONSTITUTION: A transmission section of a data processor uses the 1st buffer 1 to sample and hold serial input data id within a prescribed time, the data and the same kind of data within a prescribed time of preceding times (n-1) are stored together in the 1st memory 3, the content is read by Baud rates being a and n multiples of the Baud rate of a serial input data entirely and outputted from the 2nd buffer 5 as serial transmission data L in a time being 1/a of the prescribed time. The data L in the reception section is sampled and held by the 3rd buffer 6, the data is stored as the data L within a prescribed time for in total n times in the 2nd memory 8, the stored data is subjected to majority decision processing, and the data within a prescribed time is reproduced to output as serial output data od from the 4th buffer 10 in the same Baud rate as that of the serial input data.
