Abstract:
To provide a concrete data protection box which utilizes underground heat energy and can protect data during disasters, and to provide a data protection device.SOLUTION: A concrete data protection box 1 is buried in the ground, houses at least an uninterruptible power source device 25 and a storage device 26 connected to a network, and comprises: a bottom plate 13; a body 10 formed by side walls 12 erected from each side of the bottom plate 13; and an upper lid 11 which covers an opening of the body 10. A seal material for securing airtightness of an internal space of the body 10 is disposed at an outer periphery of the opening of the body 10 or an outer periphery of the upper lid 11. The upper lid 11 and the opening of the body 10 are fixed by fixing means 11. A lower part of the bottom plate 13 of the data protection box may further include a block 14 for adjustment of specific gravity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
