Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stop of regeneration of data even when the establish feasible maximum speed in wireless circuit transmission speed reduces by the deterioration of communicational environment.
SOLUTION: A radio controller unit 205 notifies a transmission speed determining unit 207 of a currently establishment feasible transmission speed in a wireless circuit transmission speed. A buffer monitoring unit 208 monitors the amount of media data stored in a media receive buffer 209 and notifies the transmission speed determining unit 207 when the amount of stored media data is over a threshold value. The transmission speed determining unit 207 generates a demand for increasing the transmission speed of the media data to a control signal transmitting and receiving unit 206, when there is a room in wireless circuit transmission speed on the basis of the wireless circuit transmission speed information from the radio controller unit 205, and the stored amount of data of the media receive buffer 209 is not over the threshold value on the basis of the monitoring information from the buffer monitoring unit 208.
