A data selector 140, in response to data output selection set by a controller 110, alternatively outputs only a partial data signal 210 from data signals 200 from various sensors. The controller 110 primarily detects abnormality when an abnormal flag is detected, and sets data output selection by the data selector 140 according to the type of the primarily detected abnormality. When the abnormal flag is continuously generated for a predetermined time period, the controller 110 detects true abnormality occurrence, and the partial data signal 210 alternatively outputted by the data selector 140 is written as abnormal data for failure diagnosis into a nonvolatile memory 160.
