Abstract:
To provide a data recorder capable of recording the vehicle condition in case the vehicle causes an accident by sudden start of the vehicle.
The data recorder is provided with a manipulating condition detecting means 2 detecting the manipulating condition of a vehicle by a driver, an operating condition detecting means 3 detecting the operating condition of the vehicle, a condition recording means 6 recording the manipulating condition and the operating condition, and a recoding condition judging means 5 judging whether the manipulating condition and the operating condition are to be recorded or not on the condition recording means 6 based on at least the manipulating condition among the manipulating condition and the operating condition.
