Abstract:
To reduce the power consumption of a disturbance detecting means provided in a data recording apparatus.
When a removable HDD 150 is inserted into a socket 140b, a card I/F means 135b informs insertion of the removable HDD 150 to a system control means 170 through a system bus 175. When setting of reading and writing for the removable HDD 150 is performed, the system control means 170 performs conducting-electricity/reset and initialization for an acceleration sensor module 165. When the removable HDD 150 is pulled out or setting of reading and writing for the removable HDD 150 is not performed, conducting electricity of the acceleration sensor module 165 is stopped.
