Abstract:
To enable a measured value data file in which measured values regarding a measurement process under execution are recorded to be outputted to an external device without causing the measurement process to stop.SOLUTION: When it is indicated to record a data file Dr to a memory card 2 before a termination condition previously defined for terminating the recording of a measured value Ds to the data file Df by a third process is met, a processing unit 16 terminates the recording of the measured value Ds, indicated to be outputted, to the data file Df by the third process and records the data file Df to the memory card 2 while continuing to execute a second process for storing the measured value Ds successively outputted from a measurement unit 11 in an internal memory 15, and executes a first process for generating a new data file Df in order to record a measured value Ds the recording of which to the outputted data file Df is not completed yet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
