Abstract:
To shorten the processing time required for write and erase processes while suppressing a buffer capacity.SOLUTION: Provided is a data recording device (100) including a recording control logic circuit (30) which, when temporarily storing the data derived by digitally converting the output of a sensor (12) and having a predetermined data volume corresponding to a unit capacity required for data delivery receipt in a buffer memory (30M) and storing the data stored in the buffer in a first memory (60A) and a second memory (60B), performs a write process of writing data to one of the first memory (60A) and the second memory (60B) and controls an erase process of erasing data in the other of the two memories at the same time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
