Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data sampling method in a material testing machine and the material testing device continuously grasping the material testing conditions in a pretreatment process and in a main process.
SOLUTION: This material testing machine carries out a material test consisting of a main process applying a target load to a material test piece 1 by automatic control, a pretreatment process before the main process, and a post-treatment process following the main process. The material testing device is provided with an automatic control time storage unit 57 storing load data applied to the material test piece, torsion data, a sampling time and the like sampled in the main process, and independently of the first storage unit, an overall process storage unit 56 storing load data applied to the material test piece, torsion data, a sampling time and the like sampled in the pretreatment process, the main process, and the post-treatment process.
