A traffic restriction route, wherein travelling is restricted from a restriction start point to restriction end point through an intersection point, is represented by the traffic restriction information 510 composed of one data structure in which first node information 512A representing the restriction start point, second node information 512B representing the intersection point and third node information 512C representing the restriction end point are associated with another in the order of respective points existing on the traffic restriction route. Therefore, for example, a traffic restriction route with "NO left turn" can be represented by the traffic restriction information 510 having information of points existing on the traffic restriction route, and it is not necessary to newly establish any virtual point and route. Consequently, the traffic restriction information 510 capable of representing the traffic restriction by using the simple structure can be provided.
