Abstract:
To make it easy to associate and evaluate deposits and payments in detail for sales and purchases even before a reference date of sales and purchases in travel business.SOLUTION: Accounting data 400 includes sales/purchase data 410 including sales data 411, purchase data 412, and purchase adjustment data 413, deposit/withdrawal data 430 including deposit data 431 and payment data 432, and distribution data 440. The sales data 411 and the purchase data 412 indicate sales items or purchase items for each unit reservation which is one reservation for one supplier, or each more detailed unit. The distribution data 440 associates deposits and payments indicated by the deposit data 431 and the payment data 432 with the sales items and the purchase items indicated by the sales data 411 and the purchase data 412. The reference date for distribution indicated by the distribution data 440 can be set to a date that is in the past relative to the reference date of the sales item or purchase item which is a distribution destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
