PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of a titled system and the number of development processes by connecting an information exchanging device having a storage part and various controlling parts between the 1st and 2nd information processing devices which have different interfaces each other and controlling the information exchanging device from the 2nd information processing device.
CONSTITUTION: When data are to be sent from an information processing device 1 to an information processing device 2 having an interface different from that of the device 1, the data are once stored in a storage part 4 in an information exchanging device 3 by a command from the device 1. After discriminating the data sent from the device 3 through a control signal line 10, the device 2 sends a command signal to an output control part 5 through the signal line 10 and receives the data stored in the storage part 4. When data are to be sent from the device 2 to the device 1, the device 2 actuates an input control part 6 through signal line 10 and inputs the data to the storage part 4. After storing the prescribed volume of data in the storage part 4, the device 2 commands the device 3 to send the data stored in the storage part 4 to the device 1 through the signal line 10 and the data are sent to the device 1.
