Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase of the battery capacity of an operating power supply by sending an inclination signal when the inclination of an airtight container is detected to exceed an angle range, stopping the operation of a data transmission section, or allowing it to wait.
SOLUTION: When both sea water detecting pins 23 are submerged in sea water and the resistance value between the sea water detecting pins 23 becomes very low, a satellite communication antenna 18 is rocked above an allowable range, and the occurrence rate of data errors becomes very high. There are swells on the sea surface, and a resistance value detection section detects the average value of the resistance values between the sea water detecting pins 23. When the average value becomes the predetermined value or below, the resistance value detection section judges that the rocking exceeding the allowable range occurs and sends an inclination signal. When the inclination signal is applied to a switch controller, it keeps a switch at the opened state to avoid the consumption of a battery.
