Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security in transmitting large data such as image data or moving picture data to an individual.
SOLUTION: A data reception system has a data transmission device and a data storage server mutually connected through a transmission line. The data transmission device scans an image to generate image data and prepare bills, and transmits the generated image data to the server to store. The server stores the data received from the transmission device, and performs such as read-out and deleting of the stored data according to the request from users. When receiving a request for deleting the stored data, the deposit is refunded to the user. Thus, the large data such as the image data is stored in the server according to the request by the user to allow the user to utilize the data as required.
