CONSTITUTION: An information terminal equipment 4 transmits a message to a radio base station equipment 8 by using a MODEM unit 5. The radio base station equipment 8 divides the message into telegraphic messages at previously set time intervals by using a telegraphic message dividing part 81 so that the message can be shorter than the line quality change cycle of a radio communication line. Then, messages adding serial numbers to message numbers are successively transmitted continuously to an address part containing the address information, message number and further system managing information of a receiver 6 for radio call connected to a mobile information terminal equipment 7. This message is received by the receiver 6, and a control part 60 stores this message in a message storage memory in the order of the message number. When there is any non-received telegraphic message, pseudo data are written in the non- received telegraphic message inside the message.
