To provide a data communication method and an auxiliary terminal station capable extending a communicating function economically by establishing a radio collection route irrespective of a communication disabled area using a data repeating function of the auxiliary terminal station, simply by embedding the auxiliary terminal station with simple structure in the vicinity of an isolated terminal station where no radio wave can be received from the surroundings, when communication is connected with the isolated terminal station.
In this data transmitting method, a radio collection route to be constructed by providing plural terminal stations to transmit data received from other station to other station different from its received way or a host device together with data generated from the present station and a collector to collect the data received from the terminal station is used, when the communication cannot be established between the present station and other station, an auxiliary terminal station which does not generate data on one's own is arranged around the isolated terminal station and the data generated from the present station is transmitted to other station via the auxiliary terminal station.
