To provide a data usage apparatus etc. capable of properly extracting desired information from a data set.

A language analyzer 2 performs voice recognition of a voice being input by a voice input section 1, identifies a word having a probability the voice expresses and a score thereof, and supplies a word data expressing the above word and score to an agent processor 6. The agent processor 6 stores a data acquisition process for acquiring word data etc., process item data defining a decision process and an input/output process, and a wire which supplies a weight coefficient to a transition by defining the transition from one process to the next process. By executing a flow expressed by the process item data and the wire as a whole, the agent processor 6 controls equipment belonging to an input/output object equipment group 5. To what process in the flow the transition is to be made is determined by the weight coefficient of each wire determined by the connection relation between a point to which the process proceeded and the wire, and the score of the word data.
