To provide a database generation system that can simply create a database composed of personal information of a user of an information terminal such as a cellphone having made access to a web server and information allowing personal identification of the user.
A contents supply means supplying contents to the information terminal, and a personal information acquisition means acquiring personal information of the user of the information terminal via the supplied contents are provided to the web server that can make two-way communications with the information terminal. The information terminal is connected to a telephone server (by a telephone connection means) by a line under management of the web server, and a voice of the user of the information terminal is acquired as voice signature information (by a voice signature acquisition means) in the telephone server. Acquired voice signature information and personal information are associated (by a database creation means) and registered into the database.
