A screen used by a user to set a data item of data to be outputted from the medical examination information database is created, the data item set by the user is received, a screen used by a system manager to set the permitted data item is created according to authority of the user, the permitted data item is stored, and the data item permitted by the system manager is transmitted to the corresponding client terminal.
