A database system for storing structured data including user information defined by tag information includes: a setting means for setting user's access right to the structured data according to the user information included in the structured data; an extracting means for extracting a keyword from the structured data; a construction means for constructing keyword relevant data in which the keyword extracted from the structured data by the extracting means is associated with a user who has an access right to the structured data, which is set by the setting means; a generation means for generating Know-Who data with ranks in accordance with the number of access rights for each user having the access right with respect to a specific keyword by analyzing the keyword relevant data; and a storage means for storing the Know-Who data.
