Abstract:
To propose a DC circuit breaker which effectively inhibits outgas from intruding into a sealing space.
This invention includes: fixed terminals 5; a sealing case 3 provided so that an end surface of each fixed terminal 5, which is disposed in a through hole 8 by penetrating through the through hole 8, is exposed to the sealing space S; a resin sealing part 30 hermetically sealing the through holes 8 with an inactive gas encapsulated in the sealing space S; and a moving terminal 10 disposed in the sealing space S and moving close to or away from the end surfaces of the fixed terminals 5. A clay layer 22 having high gas barrier property is formed so as to cover an inner surface of the sealing case 3.
