Abstract:
To detect a high-range drive current outputted from a DC-DC converter at a low loss.
The DC-DC converter comprises: a first integration circuit that is constituted of an OTA (601) and a capacity (603), and integrates both-end voltages of an inductor (10); a second integration circuit that is constituted of an OTA (602) and a capacity (604), and integrates an output voltage of the first integration circuit; a holding part (607) that holds an output voltage of the second integration circuit; and a control port (50) that performs the charging/discharging control of the inductor (10) on the basis of an output voltage of the holding part (607).
