Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short-circuit current due to a recovery current.SOLUTION: A main reactor 11 and a first main switching element 7 are interposed on a main electrical conduction path, and a current passing to the main reactor is on-off controlled by the first main switching element. A second main switching element 13 forms a discharge loop for discharging electrical energy stored in the main reactor to a DC-voltage output terminal side. An auxiliary reactor 10 is interposed between the first main switching element and the main reactor in the main electrical conduction path, and electrical energy stored in the auxiliary reactor and the main reactor is discharge to the DC-voltage output terminal side through the main reactor by an auxiliary switching element 8. Diodes are connected in reverse parallel to each main switching element and the auxiliary switching element, and a series circuit composed of a diode 25 having an anode on the main reactor side and a capacitor 26 is connected in parallel to the auxiliary reactor.
