Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom against the width direction deformation of a DC machine commutator riser by setting up a bending section at its longer direction required position so that the width direction crose section can be of a groove shape. CONSTITUTION:The bending section 3 is set up between the protruded tip section of a DC commutator riser 1 and the insertion position a spacer 4. The bending section 3 protrudes on either of adjacent commutator risers 1 externally circularily and its width direction cross section forms a groove shape. As a result, the degree of freedom of the commutator riser 1 against the width direction deformation of its tip section can be increased and the heat expansion and contraction from an armature winding through a joint be absorbed. The heat expansion and contraction can also be followed up without loosening a tightly-bound string 6.
