Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and compact brush device and a DC motor which suppress an increase of the number of components configuring the brush device, make an attachment of a choke coil easy, and suppress an increase of assembling man-hours.SOLUTION: A DC motor according to the present invention has a choke coil electrically connected to an interval between a brush and a feeding terminal in series, and a resin-made base in which the choke coil is arranged. The choke coil has a coil portion and a core portion wounded on the coil portion. The resin-made base forms a recess in which at least a part of the choke coil is stored, the core portion forms a groove portion within the recess, and a melted portion of the base is provided within the groove portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5(a)
